Rosewood Hotel, London UK

Extended overnight, sixteen hours

Rosewood Hotel is a genuine London icon, and why wouldn’t it be? Its exterior is jaw dropping, the staff service is immaculate, and it’s home to one of my all-time favourite bars - Scarfes Bar. It would be a crime not to sample a cocktail there before dinner. Speaking of dinner, I suggest we dine at either Evelyn’s Table (*), Berenjak or Kiln.

Raffles London at the OWO, UK

Extended overnight, sixteen hours

This hotel occupies the space of an absolutely breathtaking Edwardian Baroque building, perfectly situated just a stones throw away from Buckingham Palace and St James’s Park. Whilst its rooms are opulent enough, the spa is the real star of the show: a cathedral of relaxation with hydrothermal facilities to help us melt away in each others company. For dinner, I suggest we dine at either Story (**) or Bancone.

Lucknam Park Hotel & Spa, Wiltshire, UK

Three days & two nights

Boasting a renowned spa, 500 acres of unspoilt parkland, afternoon tea, and a one Michelin starred restaurant - a perfect choice for the lover looking for a romantic weekend away with me. The hotel is just a one hour and thirty minute train ride from the centre of London.

A wellness retreat like no other. This gem doesn’t only offer outstanding treatments, but woodland yoga, wild swimming (for the warmer months) and forest bathing walks - as well as boating and foraged cocktail making classes.

The Witchery offers incredibly opulent and lavishly decorated gothic style suites, situated in a castle overlooking Edinburgh’s centre. It has been named Scotland’s most romantic hotel - so what are we waiting for?

Reschio, Tuscany, Italy

Three days and two nights

Reschio looks like something directly from a fairytale - and to be honest, it might as well be. The castle was built in 1050 and has been restored to truly breathtaking standards. A hotel centred on wellness, and boasting more than enough amenities to leave us feeling restored. Shall we?
